Victorian Etruscan Revival hollow hinged bangle with safety chain. Beautifully embossed with hand granulation and twisted wire work. Rich tone of yellow gold, slightly rosy. Hallmarked for Birmingham, 1897.
Was once repaired with silver solder which will tarnish, but the repairs are almost entirely hidden inside the bangle and invisible when worn. A couple of small dents to the hollow bangle, and one small hole on a seam.
