Converted from a brooch, the cluster of stones is late Georgian to early Victorian. It features a central oval garnet surrounded by 14 little pearls and ten more garnets, all round and flat-cut. The garnets are all in foil-backed bezels. The converted brooch has been laser welded onto a modern-made reproduction band with openwork scrolling at the shoulders and sweet floral stamping on the shank.
You may notice a quiet jingling sound with movement. It's something trapped in a garnet setting, likely a piece of foil backing, but of no concern as all the stones have been checked and are secure. Overall great condition.
